Roy’s idea for the recent fun weekend was a great idea, well executed and a resounding success. I have received a number of congratulatory comments and emails since the event. It would also seem that both the event and reason has reached well beyond the AoR club walls.
Leza and I are still receiving donations for Bradley’s archery development fund from people that were unable to attend the weekend and I have had conversations with a few people that are looking to purchase some of my photographs from the two days. For this reason, we plan to make a presentation to Bradley in a couple of weeks time and probably on his return from shooting with the senior Archery GB team in Shanghai. Please watch the blog for more details of the presentation as I have them.
Some of my discussions since the event have been with regards to the photographs. People clearly like the idea of being able to get their hands on the digital files for a donation to the fund, but some people have mentioned that they don’t have access to photo printers.
Whilst it should be possible to take the .jpg file on a USB memory stick to ASDA in Rushden, or to other photo labs, many of you have asked if I can print the images for you.
Well, I hope to take delivery of a brand new professional grade Canon photograph printer over the next week or so. For this reason and when configured and tested, I should be able to provide you with photographs on premium photo paper in 6×4″ and A4 print sizes.
Please drop me a line if you would like to receive the costs of these two photograph sizes and to register your interest in buying printed photographs, rather than the digital .jpg file.
I guess that I should have included the URL for the site where the images are located for viewing online. You can get to them at http://www.m4photo.co.uk
