Beginners Course – Weekend 1

Welcome to the first week of the Beginners Course.

1. Cover safety – range, personal and safeguarding
2. Building bows – watch students
3. T-Draw – stance, posture, and shot process
4. Freestyle/Recurve – shooting freestyle, draw/finger placement, hook depth and Bow Arm
5. Starting FITA award scheme
