Welcome to Archers of Raunds

How we can help you get started in Archery!

Have you always wanted to try archery but didn’t know how or where to start? Need to know how much it will all cost?

This is where Archers of Raunds can help!

Brief descriptions of what you will learn

Technique

The clubs primary aim is to teach beginners the basic T-Draw technique and to provide them with a solid foundation on which to build their archery skills.

Progression

Once you have completed your beginners course, Archers of Raunds will continue to assist and help with your Progression and Development.

Bow Types

We have a selection of club bows for you to try. We will also help and advise on your current setup as well as give advice on any particular archery purchase you maybe thinking of.

Maintenance

Throughout your progression as well as being awarded the various badges we will also hold masterclasses on the full range of kit you will use such as fletching arrows, points, string nocks etc.

Tournaments

AoR hosts regular indoor and outdoor tournaments depending on the season. We also hold Record Status events.

Hire Equipment

We offer you the opportunity to hire equipment for a period of time. This will help you improve and negates the need to rush out and purchase your own equipment right after you have finished your beginners course.
