A call for help.

Once a fortnight, on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings a multi activity session, including archery, is held at the Pemberton Centre in Rushden for disabled people.  The archery sessions are run by Eric Jackson and Pat Comber of WOAC and Mick Bowerman (from AoR) and a couple of other volunteers help out with the Thursday morning sessions.  Mick also helps out with a fortnightly archery session on Thursday afternoons from 1 to 3pm as part of the for the 50+ Club multi activity session at the Pemberton Centre.

The team are looking for more volunteers to help with these archery sessions and and if any AoR members are interested, perhaps they could contact Mick to have a chat about the opportunity.

The Thursday morning archery session is part of the MAC (Multi Activity Club) for adults and non-mainstream education young people and runs from  10am-12noon.

The Tuesday evening session is part of the Young Inclusive People (YIP) club for young people 8-24 years with disability and runs from  5.30pm – 7.00pm see link below.
