Beginners Course Weekend 1

Welcome to the first weekend of the Beginners Course.

1. Cover safety – range, personal and safeguarding
2. T-Draw – stance, posture, and shot process
3. Barebow technique – nocking arrows, draw/finger placement, hook depth and shooting barebow
4. Recap T-Draw – will continue for the remainder of the course
5. Freestyle/Recurve – shooting freestyle, draw/finger placement, hook depth and Bow Arm
6. Starting FITA award scheme
