DESCRIPTION:It will be a WA 25 Round so will be as follows: \nDistance: 25m – Arrows: 5 Dozen Arrows  – Target Face: 60cm – 10 zone scoring \nThere will be two sighter ends consisting of 3 arrows per end.  All ends will be 3 arrows per end. \nFor the triple face the scoring is 5 zones per target scoring from 10 down to 6\, for a single face there are 10 scoring zones from 10 down to 1.\nThe 2 inner gold rings both count as 10 for recurve\, but only the inner ‘X’ ring counts 10 for a compound archer\, moving out to 9 for the outer gold\, 8 and 7 etc. \nSighters will commence at 14:15 and the scoring round will be 14:25. \nLate arrivals will not be able to participate in the scoring round and may need to set up separate bosses (subject to room and availability) whilst the scoring round archers are scoring.

DESCRIPTION:Archers of Raunds are proud to be hosting this event for the second year running on behalf of NCAS. \nThe tournament is NCAS County and Open Indoor Championships and is a Record Status Single and Double Portsmouth event. We are also hosting in “Session A” the Inter County Team Event so spaces will be limited so please wait for confirmation of your place before making any payment for that session. \nAll sessions are now full but we do have a waiting list so please email the Tournament Officer to be placed on the list just in case places become available. \nTarget List is ready\, please Click Here to download. \nRound:\nPortsmouth\, Recurve archers will shoot on a single face target\, Compound archers will shoot on a triple face target. \nRegistration:\nRegistration will be open from 8.30am. Archery GB Membership cards will be required for booking in. If you are not yet in possession of a valid card\, please bring proof that you have paid your membership. \nEvent Timings:\nSession A Assembly 9:00am Sighters: 9.15am – (Limited spaces available due to Inter County Team Event and is full)\nSession B Assembly 12:00pm Sighters: 12:15pm – (Full)\nSession C Assembly 3.00pm Sighters: 3.15pm – (Full) \nLady Paramount:\nT.B.C. \nChairman of Judges:\nMargaret Marsh \nJudges:\nTed Tricker\nKeith Munro \nAwards:\nAwards for single and double rounds subject to the number of entrants for each category. \nJuniors:\nAges for junior archers are as on the day of the competition. \nDress:\nRecord status has been granted for this event\, competitors must comply with Archery GB dress regulations – rule 307. \nDrug Testing:\nRecord status tournaments are liable for drug testing; competitors approached to give samples must comply. Refusal to comply will be treated as a positive result. It is a requirement of record status events that parents/guardians of juniors entering must sign the entry form to give consent for drug testing. \nRefreshments:\nHot and cold snacks\, cakes\, teas\, coffees and soft drinks. \nPhotography:\nThe provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult’s policy\, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place\, Archery GB\, the Tournament Organiser and working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code. We therefore request that you report any unauthorised photography directly to the Tournament Organiser. \nEntry:\nSingle round: £10\, Two rounds: £15\, Three rounds: £20\nCheques payable to ‘Archers Of Raunds’ or bank transfer to BSC 20-45-77 Acc No. 30695416. Please use Archer name and NCAS-AoR-2020 as a\nreference on the reverse of cheques and for bank transfers\, and send a completed entry form to the Tournament Organiser. \nClosing Date:\n7 days prior to competition date\, or when the shoot is full. Payment will be expected for all entries submitted. All refunds will be at the discretion of the Tournament Organiser\, but NONE will be made after the closing date.\nA target list and results will be published on the Northamptonshire County Archery Society website www.ncasarchery.org.uk after the closing date and competition as appropriate. \nNotes:\nThe Organisers cannot take any responsibility for injury or any loss from\, or damage to\, any vehicle\, equipment or personal possessions howsoever caused.\nUnder whatever circumstances\, ALL MISSING arrows must be found. DESCRIPTION:Once again NCAS will be holding five coaching sessions over the indoor season. \nThese are aimed at intermediate archers and those relatively new to the sport with the intention of generally improving technique\, equipment tuning skills and preparing the archer for entering competitions. \nThe venue is again Montsaye Academy\, Greening Road\, Rothwell\, Northants NN14 6BB. \nThe junior sessions will be from 9.30.am to about 12.30.pm and the adults are in the afternoon\, beginning about 1.30.pm. \nThe cost is again £25 per head\, which covers all five sessions. In the spring of next year there will be an outdoor session to cover shooting at competition distances. \nThe sessions will include input from a sports psychologist and guest\, high level and National coaches. DESCRIPTION:It will be a WA 18 Round so will be as follows: \nDistance: 18m – Arrows: 5 Dozen Arrows  – Target Face: 40cm – 5 or 10 zone scoring \nThere will be two sighter ends consisting of 3 arrows per end.  All ends will be 3 arrows per end. \nFor the triple face the scoring is 5 zones per target scoring from 10 down to 6\, for a single face there are 10 scoring zones from 10 down to 1.\nThe 2 inner gold rings both count as 10 for recurve\, but only the inner ‘X’ ring counts 10 for a compound archer\, moving out to 9 for the outer gold\, 8 and 7 etc. \nSighters will commence at 14:15 and the scoring round will be 14:25. \nLate arrivals will not be able to participate in the scoring round and may need to set up separate bosses (subject to room and availability) whilst the scoring round archers are scoring. \nIf you are not participating in the scoring round then you must not hold up the shooting line!
